Once you leave the store, you stand in line. At some point, staff will collect food tickets and confirm orders. It took about 30 minutes to get to the store. Counter seats and two tables for two. Sit down and get your bowl straight away. The tsukemen is chewy, chewy, and delicious. The meat is also thick. The dipping sauce is also rich and coats the noodles well. About 20 minutes after purchasing the ticket, we were guided into the restaurant and seated, and about 5 minutes later, the rice bowl was served. TKM chose bonito flakes with soy sauce flavor, and it's a very simple bowl. The noodles are neatly arranged and look beautiful. As you mix the egg with the sauce on the bottom and the noodles, the noodles will become slightly colored with the sauce. When eaten with the sauce, it tastes like ``egg-kake gohan'' and is delicious. I also like the firm texture of the noodles. I had a medium serving, but I was able to eat it all at once and felt like I could have eaten more. Am I the only one who wants to eat this while it's hot?

It was my first time eating something called TKM, and it was so smooth that I finished it in no time! I ordered additional rice (small) and had a follow-up meal. It was delicious till the end.
